New Patient Visit

When you call our office in Columbus, Ohio at (614) 848-5001, our front desk receptionists, Kathy or Barbara, will greet you. They will provide you with forms to fill out, either by mail or the Internet, and they will collect your insurance information. They'll direct you to our office and ask that you arrive a bit early if you haven't had a chance to fill out the forms.

Your examination will include an overall evaluation of your mouth, teeth, jaw joints and screenings for oral cancer and gum disease. Dr. Firouzian will use his findings to devise a comprehensive treatment plan for your unique condition.

We will offer information to help you understand the problems we find and our treatment recommendations. Before you go, one of our hygienists will escort you to the front desk to schedule your next appointment. Our treatment coordinators will help you plan a convenient schedule for treatment. To help you maximize your insurance benefits or finding financing, our financial coordinator will be glad to speak with you.
