Meet Michael Firouzian, DDS
Dr. "Mike" received his Bachelor's of Science in microbiology and Doctor
of Dental Surgery from Ohio State University. He completed an Advanced
Education in General Dentistry at the University of Florida College of
Dentistry where he also served as a clinical instructor. He is board
certified in the states of Ohio and Florida.
Since 2000, Dr. Mike's continuing education has ventured him toward more challenging areas of dentistry, including reconstructive dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, and sleep disorders dentistry. He recently earned a fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry. As great as it has been to see patients jump happily into a new lifestyle after receiving a full-mouth reconstruction, it has been fulfilling for Dr. Mike to help people suffering from sleep apnea who want to ensure they are around for their grandchildren.
A native of Columbus, Ohio, Dr. Mike and his family reside in
Columbus near family and are very involved with their two children, Sean
and Dean, and extended family members. His professional memberships
include: the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association,
the Columbus Dental Society, the American Academy of General Dentistry,
American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the International Association
for Orthodontics, the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain, the
Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine and the Central Ohio Study Club (the local chapter
of the Seattle Study Club), ICCMO and the
International Association of Mercury Free Dentists.
