Our staff members are integral parts of an exemplary office team that is dedicated to the patients' dental welfare. They are passionate about their profession and the opportunities they have every day to help people overcome anxieties about visiting the dentist. We are very proud of their ability to answer patients' questions and concerns regarding their overall dental health.

Kathy Collins schedules, coordinates treatment, and arranges financial plans for patient treatment. Sincere and enthusiastic about her job, Kathy has been with our team since 2003. Extremely patient and cordial, Kathy assists patients in understanding the processing of their insurance benefits and the recommendations for treatment. Kathy is a grandmother of six of the smartest and cutest grandchildren in the world (Brandon, Austin, Wyatt, Gabriella, Brody, and Trevor.)

Barbara Kay is our scheduling, treatment, and financial coordinator who is likely to be one of the first people to greet you. Barbara has been with us since 2000 and she has an enthusiastic attitude with a fun sense of humor. She often makes our patients look forward to visiting the dentist. Barbara enjoys traveling with her family, scrap-booking and playing with her adorable grandchildren.

Lia DePerro is the friendly and energetic hygiene coordinator who schedules recall patients, resolves insurance puzzles, and answers insurance questions. She came to our practice in 2003 after taking courses in the business program at Erie Community College. Known for her animated personality, Lia enjoys interacting with patients and trying to help them with their dental needs. She says it's a privilege to work with Dr. Mike and his staff because they are consummate professionals, very caring, and a joy to be around. Lia is married with three children.

Erin McLaughlin is our dental hygienist who graduated from Ohio State University in 2000 with a Bachelor's of Science in Dental Hygiene. She strives to make each dental experience positive, painless, and educational. Erin is serious about promoting good dental health. She has taken opportunities to teach children in the classroom setting. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, as well as other family and friends.

Colleen Seto is our other dental hygienist who graduated from Ohio State University with a Bachelor's of Science in Dental Hygiene. Originally from the Cleveland area, she came to Columbus to become a true Buckeye. She enjoys working with individuals to help improve health and wellness and her mission is to provide gentle care, quality oral hygiene education, promote prevention and create a positive overall dental experience. Aside from dentistry, she likes to play board games, watch movies and enjoy good meals with family and friends.

Dawn Broughman is our friendly clinical dental assistant who assists the doctor with various dental procedures, including screenings, ordering dental supplies, sterilizing, taking x-rays, and performing lab work. In the dental field for 10 years, she has been with our practice since 1999. Dawn is a registered dental assistant with certification in radiology. She has also attended numerous seminars to continue her education. Dawn enjoys helping people keep their smiles healthy and beautiful by educating them on the many services and new technology available. She takes her time explaining procedures and services so patients feel comfortable. She says this is a great office to work for and feels part of one big family rather than a doctor's staff. Originally from the Columbus area, Dawn and her husband now live in Marysville and they are expecting their first child.

Maryam Oroji is our other clinical dental assistant who helps the doctor make temporaries, prepares the bleaching trays, and performs radiographic sterilization. In the field since 1995, Maryam has been at our practice since 1999. She has formal training the field of general dental assisting and she enjoys helping people, especially when they are in pain. Patients notice her friendliness and nice smile. Maryam is married with two teenage children.
